'My Mind's Eye' about Peter FINK shows his b/w photographs from Japan, France, Portugal, North Africa as well as the Middle East. Art, culture & social issues are his themes - along with portraits, fashion, surreal still lifes & architectural reflections.

The out-of-print photographic book 'Paul Strand: The World on my Doorstep' contains, in addition to his best pictures from his late years - 1950 to 9176 - an intimate biographical essay, as well as an essay by Ute Eskildsen on his portraits & landscapes.

'Congo Belge en Images' is the companion volume to Carl de KEYZER's own color photographs of present-day Congo. It features a selection of images of the Belgian colony from the Royal Museum of Central Africa, with shots from the time of King Leopold II.

Private photographs commissioned by urban black workers and middle-class families in South Africa between 1890 and 1950. MOFOKENG analyzes the self-image and the desire for social recognition of the black population in times of colonial oppression.

The photo volume 'Photographs, Bamako, Mali 1948-1963', by Seydou KEITA draws from an expanded archive and offers over 400 mostly unpublished portraits from the photographer's heyday. His photos document Mali's people until shortly after its independence.
