"You will look in vain for the sacher-cake-sweet clichés of touristy glossy photos in the pictures in the out-of-print photo volume 'Vienna in the Light of Night', which the young Viennese photographer Klaus BOCK took on his forays through the nocturnal Danube metropolis.
The photographic impressions of the Austrian capital Vienna by Klaus BOCK in the volume 'Vienna in the Light of Night' offer the viewer many a mischievous look at the former imperial grandeur. Those who know the city will find many familiar places in a completely unfamiliar light, while other corners disappear in the magical darkness of night. What remains undiscovered during the day shines in the light of night, inconspicuous corners develop an irresistible pull.
