In Yoruba country in Nigeria, the birth rate of twins is ten times higher than usual. Based on this story, the photographers Sanne de WILDE & Bénédicte KURZEN have made twin pairs colorful portraits in 'Land of Ibeji', staging them extremely imaginative.

The photo book 'Hyena Men', first published in 2007, made the South African photographer Pieter HUGO known outside the photo book scene. There is something disturbing about the images of wandering fairmen who entertain people with their animals.
