'Nová Evropa' by Christian KASNERS deals with the society of Czech Republic, which oscillates between the idea of a united Europe and anti-European populism. On billboards the photographer searches for manifestations of the ideological & political ideas.

'Written on the Land' includes the work of Mark RUWEDEL from 1990 to 2001 and addresses the impact of technologies & culture on the US landscape, using resource extraction as an example, as well as the 'conquest' of the West through railroad construction.
