Out-of-print 'Projects Done' shows works by Candida HÖFER in unusual formats: Small-format of 'Zoological Gardens', 'The Citizens of Calais', 'On Kawara', or large images such as 'Türken in D.' and slides of '80 Pictures', shown with black on the pages.

In her photo volume titled 'Veiled. Too busy being awesome', Saskia AUKEMA deals with the niqab: the face veil. Here she shows a world that remains forever hidden from most. Interview fragments add depth to the photos, for which she was awarded in 2016.

In the photo book 'China Dream', which bears the name of a patriotic calendar, we take part in the study by exiled Chinese photographer Teresa ENG about the contrast between cultural knowledge about China and the reality of a country in constant change.

In this out-of-print photo volume, 'Performance' by Richard AVEDON, portraits of over 200 stars and artists of the performing arts of the second half of the 20th century are shown, many of them in photographs that had rarely or never been shown before.

This out-of-print German language volume 'Photographien 1969-1989' spans the work by US-American Robert MAPPLETHORPE from the early 1970s and shows his most iconic images from portraits to still lifes and figure studies alongside lesser-known photographs.

Record #40 consists of photographs that Daido MORIYAMA took in French capital, Paris, in 2018. Near Saint-Michel, Rue Mouffetard and around 'Moulin Rouge', his thoughts drifted back thirty years to the time when he lived for a short period in Paris.

In China DE MAAR made photographs of the ephemeral world of the home, of being rooted. The trained sociologist seeks out those striking and magical places where families have come together for generations-where life has 'worn itself into' a house.

The photo catalog for the exhibition at the Zollverein Essen shows 75 haunting portraits of Holocaust survivors. In view of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, it is an attempt to preserve the incomprehensible for future generations....

'Le Luxe' by Roe ETHRIDGE includes work from the 2000s without lapsing into the moribund weight of a retrospective. It continues his exploration of image making with diverse image inventories: from private images to magazine photos to archived screenshots
