For the photo volume 'Architectures of Waiting' they were thematically combined in black and white print: Bus Stations in Armenia as well as stations of the Hejaz Railway in Saudi Arabia, which stand lost in the desert, on a railroad line that once connected Damascus with Medina, but on which no trains have been running for many years."
