About the Russian photographer, Daria NAZAROVA (b.1991)

Daria NAZAROVA is a visual artist working with documentary and post-documentary photography, archive. In 2015 she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Ivanovo University. She is a member of the Union of photographers of Russia. In 2019 she graduated the Academy Fotografika in St. Petersburg. She is currently based in St. Petersburg. Her special interest is the memory of generations, intergenerational connections, connections to the place, self-identification, horizontal communities. Her work has been exhibited in national and international group shows. 'Aloe' is her photo book debut.
