About the Austrian photographer Maria HAAS (*1968)

Maria HAAS is a product and industrial photographer who deals with social structures in her free projects, most recently especially matriarchal societies. Her travels took her to Albania, China, India, Indonesia and West Africa, among others. Her series on cultures in which women play a major role is still ongoing.
