Suzanne VALKENBURG makes documentary series about the beauty and simplicity of the everyday. With her photo series she makes visible worlds such as the life of a foster child ('Beatrice'), the romance of the highway culture ('Truckers Paradise') and the non-recreational residents of holiday camps, such as refugees, guest workers and divorced parents ('Het Beloofde Land').
