"Viktor KOLÁR is the Czech Republic's most important urban photographer, and is especially famed for his photo-chronicles of his hometown of Ostrava. KOLÁR brings a politicized existentialism to the 'decisive moment' principle, recording traces of civic alienation and anthropologically telling scenarios.
