About the photographer, Marco CITRON (b. 1974 in Pordenone, IT):
Marco CITRON's artistic research is focused on the natural and urban landscape.
Studied at the faculty of Philosophy University Ca’ Foscari of Venice (where he also followed the course of history of photography taken by Prof.Italo Zannier). Professional photographer he exhibited his work regularly since 2003 in private galleries and public spaces, in Italy as well in France, Germany, Spain, Slovenia, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, United States.
Among the solo exhibition in 2007 at the IX Biennial of Photography in Tenerife (Spain) and in 2008 at DesignHaus Darmstadt. In 2008 was selected for the Third International Award Citoler Pilar in Spain. In 2009 has been among the winners at Portfolio review at Rencontres D’Arles. In 2011 has been invited to an artist’s residence with Boris Mikhailov in Donetsk (Ukraine).
