Lee FRIEDLANDER's out-of-print photo volume 'Stems' is not only a tender story of an artist's temporary struggle with physical limitations and pain, but also one of the more eloquent collections of black and white photographs on a narrow subject.

The photographic book 'Roger the Rat' by US-American photographer Roger BALLEN is the result of a project created between 2015 and 2020. In oppressive images, we witness scenes torn from their everyday gestures that deconstruct aspects of human existence.

'Transmontanus' is a black and white photo book by Salvi DANÉS, which deals with a poetic story of the return to the landscape he got to know as a child. The title alludes to the wind coming from the Pyrenees that characterizes this region, teh Empordà.
