In the volume 'DDR Ansichten. Views of a Vanished Country', Thomas HOEPKER documents life and the GDR from 1959 until the fall of the Berlin Wall: rallies, dilapidated facades & prefabricated buildings, empty display cases as well as portraits of artists.

The photographs in 'Berlin Wonderland' makes clear how much the city has changed. It revives this unique time of awakening, resistance & reorganization. In interviews & quotes, protagonists of that time bring the subculture of Berlin's Mitte back to life.

The out-of-print volume 'Seiltänze' by Wolfgang KROLOW is a photo book from and about Kreuzberg, Berlin. It contains black-and-white photographs showing alldays life in the early 1980s. The texts are by Rolf Hosfeld and Peter-Paul Zahl.
