About the Spanish photographer, Cristina de MIDDEL (b.1975, in Barcelona)

Cristina de MIDDEL is a Spanish documentary photographer who lives and works in Mexico. In 2013, de Middel received the Infinity Award from the International Center of Photography. Nominated in 2017, she has been a full member of the MAGNUM photography agency since 2019. She has already published a number of photo volumes. Currently she is on the shortlist of the Oskar Barnack Award 2020.
