Cafe Lehmitz Photobook Libraries shall enable collectors as well as institutions to acquire out-of-print titles at a price that can be paid. This library, the Paul GRAHAM Photobook Library, contains currently 19 photo volumes - mainly signed copies.

For this artist edition of 'Neue Welt', Wolfgang TILLMANS has selected 72 images and re-contextualized them on large, 24 folded printed sheets. Each is a separate object with a front, center fold and back. And some new photos are not included in the book.

Photo volume 'BABY SUMO', the new edition on the occasion of Helmut NEWTON's 100th birthday. With more than 400 pictures, a booklet that documents the history of its creation and a specially designed book stand by French designer Philippe Starck.

Out-of-print catalog volume, 'Rineke DIJKSTRA. Wo Men' was published to coincide with the exhibition and award ceremony of the Hasselblad Award 2017. It was designed by the Dutch (photo) book designer Irma BOOM, who has won several awards for her work.

SIGNED COPY! The out-of-print photo book 'Lebensmittel' (Food) by Michael SCHMIDT documents the industrialization in food production. The volume consisting of B/W & color photographs was the last publication on which he still worked until its completion.

The out-of-print photo book 'From Where There Is No Return' on the work of Alberto GARCÍA-ALIX reproduces over 250 images that compose the ambitious project on which the Spanish photographer has been working for several years in Madrid, Paris and Beijing.

This set includes all three different designs and book formats of the 'No more no less' photo book project which has been iniciated by Thomas SAUVIN and Kensuke KOIKE. The base was a found manuscript with pictures about the work with portrait photography.

The out-of-print photographic volume 'Story/No Story' by Tobias ZIELONY provides an overview of his work since 2000, which has mainly been taken in social hotspots in Bristol, Halle-Neustadt, Marseille, South Los Angelesas well as in Winnipeg, Canada.

'Roxane' represents the visual journal of the photographer Viviane SASSEN. The book shows a series of intimate portraits of her muse named Roxane, whose body and expressions follow the artist's instructions in various poses and moods.

'The Island of the Color Blind' by Sanne de WILDE documents a hereditary disease of people in Micronesia. The image selection obscures or emphasizes their eyes, faces and their way of seeing - the viewer is led into a dream world of colorful possibilities

The out-of-print photo volume 'Carlo Mollino: Polaroids' contains a selection of Polaroids from the 1960s and 1970s. These are eroticized images of women, but the subject is not sex. The images were composed and staged to conquer nature with artificiality

The book 'American Winter' by Gerry JOHANSSON shows half-empty cities across the U.S., with as much beauty as misery in snow-covered landscapes: a lonely church floating in a dappled sea of white, or bare trees lining endless highways tending to nothing.

In addition to works selected by Eva BESNYÖ herself, the out-of-print volume contains previously never shown works with motifs from Budapest, Berlin, Brussels, Paris, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Milan with attention to light, shadow, cropping and line play.

For his out-of-print volume 'How Terry likes his Coffee', Florian van ROEKEL was looking for the invisible barriers and the will to break them. He argues that office culture and our society as a whole are preoccupied with a rational mode of interpretation

'Die Amerikaner' is the German edition of this work that looked at the Americans from a new perspective and which revolutionized the aesthetics of the photo book. It was first published in 2008, on the occasion of the anniversary of the French original.

'The Disappeared' by ambitous photo book editor contains portraits of people who disappeared in Argentina. It is a political bond that wants to keep the memory of these people alive. Printed on thin paper, it is primarily an inexpensive photo book item.

In his ongoing 'City Diary' project, Anders PETERSEN - awarded with the Dr.-Erich-Salomon-Award, DGPh - examines the less public side of urban life, in volumes #1 to #3, he photographed such different cities like Stockholm, Tokyo as well as St. Petersburg

The volume 'Höfe' by Bernhard FUCHS shows farms in the area around Helfenberg (Austria) that have been passed down from generation to generation. They are scattered in the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel, where the climate is harsh and the soil barren.

In his photo book 'Wrong', Asger CARLSEN looks past reality to a parallel existence. It is based on a true story and offers a haunting and disturbing perspective on the everyday. Absurdity & distortion present a satirical travesty of photographic culture.
