'Chargesheimer im Zoo', contains b/w shots of animals & people at the Cologne Zoo. The volume by the Cologne photographer contains unknown photographs, shown for the first time, from a time when a visit to the zoo was still one of the year's highlights.

The out-of-print volume on August SANDER shows around 40 b/w photographs that are exemplary for the portrait work created between 1921 and 1930 - around the time of the Weimar Republic: people from Cologne, the Westerwald, the Eifel, Hamburg and Berlin.

'Architekturphotographie in Köln. 1926-1932' to the same named exhibition at Museum Ludwig, Cologne, contains b/w photographs by the photographer Werner MANTZ showing Cologne buildings from the 1920s and 30s - photographed in the style of New Objectivity.
