In 'Fotografiegeschichte der Abstraktion' (Photographic history of abstraction), Kathrin Schönegg traces the history of photography: from the experimental beginnings in the 1830s, through (pseudo)scientific, applied & artistic contexts, to digitalization.

English Edition. In photo volume 'Bangkok' photographer Andreas GURSKY alludes to the ecological problems threatening Bangkok, which culminated in the widespread flooding that devastated large parts of Thailand shortly after these pictures were taken.

'The Alchemist' is dedicated to the light graphics from the late work of Heinz HAJEK-HALKE. It shows him as an idiosyncratic designer in the context of abstract art after the Second World War, as a representative of Informel and the École de Paris.
