In his debut volume, 'Fotografien 1991 1995', Laurenz BERGES, who completed his photography studies in 1995 as a master student of Bernd BECHER, shows the situation that emerged after the fall of the Wall: mostly clean-swept rooms that the photographer documented in daylight and in color. Laurenz BERGES knows how to show what is absent in such a way that life returns to the rooms.
