In his photo book 'Alpen' (engl. Alps) Peter MATHIS shows the mountain world in sensitive portraits that show the artist's deep connection with his subject. The black and white photographs invite the viewer to experience the Alps from different angles.

In 'Rocks and Clouds', Mitch EPSTEIN investigates the meaning of time by photographing rocks. It examine ssociety’s complex relationship to nature, a theme he has explored in previous work, including his acclaimed tree pictures in 'New York Arbor' (2013).

Physicist Masanao ABE built an observatory with a view of Mount Fuji in the late 1920s. From there he held the clouds that surrounded the mountain for over 15 years. The motifs unintentionally fit into a iconographic tradition: the mountain and the cloud.

The out-of-print volume 'System' by Jens LIEBCHEN shows a magical winter wonderland, an untouched snowy landscape with beautifully grown trees. It seems a natural spectacle of perfect beauty - but it is not, the pictures were made in the middle of Tokyo.

Also for her 3rd book Awoiska VAN DER MOLEN delves deep into the essence of untouched natural worlds in which her pictures are created. The photo book coexists with a piece of music by Thomas Larcher, which was inspired by her photographs of his homeland.

For this photo volume 'ALP' Olaf UNVERZART documented the Alps from today's perspective: dwindling glaciers, machines smashed by avalanches, concrete castles hewn into the rock, defying nature. His photographs document the traces left behind by man.

Der Band 'Blue Prints', ist eine Hommage an eine Pionierin der Fotografie und eine große britische Künstlerin, Anna ATKINS, die 1843 den ersten Fotoband der Geschichte schuf. Er enthält eine Auswahl der schönsten Cyanotypien sowie Texte von Rolf Sachsse.
