Background information
Danish photographer Krass CLEMENT is strongest when he photographs in a small space, as in 'Drum' or here in 'Novemberrejse'. Here he made photos of a small community in Denmark.
His book title 'Drum: Et Sted i Ireland' is included in PARR / BADGER's 'The Photobook, Vol.II' and Jeffrey Ladd has published an 'Errata Book' on 'Drum' with an essay about this photo book (also available here at Cafe Lehmitz Photobooks).
Content
The out-of-print photo volume 'Novemberrejse' by Krass CLEMENT consists of nearly eighty black-and-white images which show the life in a small Danish town. There are some unexpected points of view he choose, e.g. whemn he photographed waiting people at a bus station out of a window in 2nd floor .
Some portraits look very private others keep the distance from far away like a camera man would keep the whole scene.
