'Early Times' is the first chapter of Vasantha YOGANANTHAN's Sanskrit-inspired long-term project 'Myth of Two Souls' and is about the youth and upbringing of Rama. The photo book series consists of a total of seven photo volumes, one volume per chapter.

For 'Afterlife', the sixth volume of his long-term photo book project on India's saga, 'A Myth of Two Souls', France based photographer Vasantha YOGANANTHAN created collages of multiple image layers to put the viewer in a state of disorientation.
