In 'Reading the Landscape', Olaf Otto BECKER documents the overexploitation of nature with images showing idyllic places of longing in Malaysia, Indonesia or California, as well as huge tracts of land deforested on behalf of international corporations.

Walter BOJE was an important pioneer and scholar of early color photography in Germany. After editing his archives out-of-print book 'Geburtstag' was published to celebrate his 100th birthday presenting some of his most beautiful and best color pictures.

Photo book 'Season of Admin' by Silja YVETTE deals with the discomfort towards any socially organized and managed relationship with nature & things. In addition to large-format tableaux, the artist's book consists of a rich selection of different papers.

With the photo volume 'Walking Distance', Olaf UNVERZART shows his interpretation of a travel diary. Beyond sights, well-known places with supposedly country-typical folklore, it opens the view for the things and living beings in between - an in-between.

For out-of-print volume 'Schrott', two photographers each documented an industrial site in the Ruhr region: Joachim BROHM in the port of Duisburg (1993), Ralf KREUELS took night shots in Duisburg-Rheinhausen as well as in the port of Dortmund (1996/1997).

With this monograph, 'Werke/Works. 80-08', an attempt has been made for the first time to fan out the oeuvre of Andreas GURSKY, who for many years has been one of the most important photographic artists in the world, in its entire encyclopedic breadth.
