'Three Books' is the first overview of the work of Machiel BOTMAN andwas built around Dutch photographer's photo volumes 'Heartbeat' (1994), 'Rainchild' (2004) and 'One Tree' (2011) and includes photos from each as well as many never published pictures.

'Le Collége' by Florian van ROEKEL deals about everyday life at school and about growing up. Possibly the young people are enabled by the pictures to see themselves, each other and their school with new eyes and learn to discover poetry in everyday life.

'Seeds' by Jos JANSEN focuses on the aspect of how new food crops that are resistant to pests and diseases are bred, and therefore contribute significantly to our future food supply. Why would natural things be better for us than less natural things?

This book, 'Baghdad Calling' by Geert van KESTEREN, is an appeal to the Western coalition. It shows everyday life in Iraq in 2006/07 through hundreds of photographs taken with cell phones or digital cameras, showing places that journalists dared not enter
