Background information
The photobook libraries of Café Lehmitz Photobooks contain a selection of various book titles by photographers. In this case by Dirk ALVERMANN (1937-2013), a German photographer unfortunately known mainly to insiders, who moved back to the GDR partly because he was critical of the West German consumer society, the processing of the nationalist past of the Federal Republic, as well as martial violence in general.
