'Chargesheimer im Zoo', contains b/w shots of animals & people at the Cologne Zoo. The volume by the Cologne photographer contains unknown photographs, shown for the first time, from a time when a visit to the zoo was still one of the year's highlights.

Jacques Henri LARTIGUE is best known for his b/w photographs. The out-of-print photo volume 'Das Leben ist bunt' (Life is Colorful), with its profound evaluations of his diaries and albums why it was long overdue to discover his color photographs as well.

'Das Positiv' shows the concept of visualization, in which photographers imagine the final image in all its tonal gradation even before taking the picture. Ansel ADAMS points out all the possibilities that make the work on the positive a creative process.

For 'Floridas' Anastasia SAMOYLOVA photographed the sunshine state on intensive road trips. Black-and-white photographs by Walker EVANS from the 1930s to the 1970s are presented parallel to the contemporary color photos, thus interweaving past and present
