About the German photograpgeher, Thomas SING

Thomas SING is a German artist, who expresses himself through photography, illuminated photography, drawing, sculpture and performance. His work is both very diverse and very coherent. His world is full of spirituality. From ecstasy to suffering, he transcends the representation of the female body in a sensual, raw way, but also with an unexpected delicacy. His landscapes also express this mystical dimension. Sade is never far away, but a Sade who would have a sense of the sacred. Thomas SING works in collaboration with his wife Chiara Padovan, between Germany and Italy. His latest book, Hard Theory, has just been awarded, like his previous book 'Until I Break' (unfortunately out of print), by Px3, the Prix de la Photographie de Paris.
