His more than forty films include 'Los Golfos' (1959), 'La Caza' (1965), 'Peppermint Frappé' (1967), his flamenco trilogy with the films 'Bodas de Sangre' (1981) and 'Carmen' (1983)) and 'El amor brujo' (1986) as well as the dance documentaries 'Flamenco' (1995) and 'Tango' (1998).
