About the Japanese photographer, Yasuhiro OGAWA (b. 1968)
Japanese photographer Yasuhiro OGAWA, born in Kanagawa Prefecture, already received the Taiyo Award in 2000 for the photo series 'Futashikana Chizu'. In 2006, he was shortlisted for the prestigious Oskar Barnack Award for China work. In 2009, he received the Photographic Society of Japan's Newcomer Award for the series 'Slowly Down the River'. In total, he has published (self-published) seven volumes of photographs. Yasuhiro OGAWA currently resides in Tokyo.
