About the Dutch photographer, Hans van der MEER (b.1955 in Leimuiden)

Hans van der MEER studied photography at Den Haag from  1973 to 1976 and at Rijksacademie voor Beeldende Kunsten, Amsterdam from 1983 to 1986. In 2000 he founds the magazine 'Useful Photography', with Hans AARSMAN, Claudie de CLEEN, Julian GERMAIN and Erik KESSELS. He published several photo books with documentary content.
