Chris KILLIP was one of the most influential photographers and teachers to emerge from the United Kingdom. His work in the late 1970s and 1980s defined an era; it won numerous awards - in 2020 he was posthumously awarded the Dr. Erich Salomon Prize, which he had received during his lifetime. Since 1994 he was Professor of Visual and Environmental Studies at Harvard University in Cambridge (Massachusetts), where Chris KILLIP passed away on October 13, 2020.
