About the Austrian photographer, Peter H. FÜRST (1933-2018).

Peter FÜRST completed an apprenticeship in his parents' business from 1954 to 1957 and studied at the Höhere graphische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt in Vienna, graduating as a master photographer in 1960. From 1963 to 1968, the independent photographer took photographs for companies such as Lancôme, Revlon and Sans Soucis. In addition, he produced works in the field of fashion photography. In 1982 he took his most famous photo, 'Danielle in black lingerie' (homage to Anton Räderscheidt), which was added to the collection of the Museum Ludwig in Cologne in 1989. In 2002 he dissolved his photo studio and founded 'The Photographic Archive', which includes works on beauty, lingerie, fashion, portrait, landscape and art. In 2018 Peter H FÜRST was buried in the Melaten cemetery in Cologne.
