Background information
"The poster work of an artist of the century. Joseph BEUYS is one of the most important artists of the post-war period. With his 'expanded concept of art' he broke the separation of art and life. The posters compiled in this publication also belong to his extensive oeuvre, since Joseph BEUYS was always interested in a large public and therefore used this medium extensively. As a multiplier of his art, the posters provided a unique overview of his works, actions, and exhibitions, as well as his commitment to politics and society.
