Lucinda DEVLIN erhielt ihren MFA in Fotografie an der Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI im Jahr 1974. Ihre preisgekrönten Arbeiten wurden in Berlin, Chicago, Hamburg, Frankfurt, New York, Osaka, Paris, São Paulo, San Francisco, Venedig und vielen anderen Städten gezeigt. Lucinda DEVLIN lebt und arbeitet als Fotografin in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
